Solid Patio Cover
Solid Patio Covers provide 100% shade and UVA/UVB protection. The 6" pan design features a built in gutter system to remove rain water. Add valuable outdoor space that can be enjoyed rain or shine. The aluminum panels are given a wood grained texture and a teflon coated paint at the factory. The factory then warranties all of Paradise Builders installations with a Limited Lifetime Warranty that can be transfered upon sale of the home.
Lattice Patio Cover
Lattice Patio Covers provide 50% shade when built with even lattice spacing. The amount of shade is variable and can be as little as 5% or as much as 90%. Lattice Patios can be curved to give a rounded shade profile below, possibly matching existing architecture. Elitewood prides itself on having the thickest lattice tubes on the market, saving the customer money while delivering a superior product for the same price as competitors like Alumaood, DuraLum and WeatherWood.
Insulated Patio Cover
Insulated Patio Covers are great at reducing radiant heat underneath them, allowing the shaded area below to remain cool even in extreme heat. The Insulated Patio Covers feature a thick foam core roof, which is strong enough to hold an average size man. The thick foam core separates the aluminum layers allowing the sun facing one to absorb and reflect heat without allowing it to transfer to the cool layer below. Insulated Patio Covers are great for screen rooms or sun rooms since the roof blocks a significant amount of radiant heat. *Insulated Roof Panels are only available in White and Desert Sand.
Freestanding Patio Cover
Freestanding Patio Covers or Pergolas, are great for adding shade to any area that does not attach directly to a building. Freestanding Patio Covers require large concrete footings to support the weight and keep the Patio Cover from falling in heavy winds. Freestanding Patio Covers can be installed with either a solid, lattice or insulated roof. Freestanding Patio Covers are great for outdoor kitchens and BBQ areas. Freestanding Patio Covers with a Lattice roof can be curved, an option some homeowners love due to the surrounding architecture.
Unique Patio Cover Solutions
Anyone can build pre-engineered patio covers, but not everyone can build truly unique patio covers. Paradise Builders has built the patio covers that "couldn't be done" by other companies. We have built patio covers around corners, patio covers with a peaked roof, solid patio covers with sun holes, lattice patio covers with solid sections, and we have even built patio covers with no posts. Our "full" or "unlimited" C-14 license allows us to build using structural steel which is something that our competitors cannot do with a standard "Patio Cover Only" license such as a C-14 with a restriction G or H.
